In general, you should not care overly about the cheat score, as most of the time it only catches stat padding.

However, in this instance, I think an aimbot was used. Player banned, thanks for reporting.

If you have others, please check their bf4cr to see if it was stat padding (typically, the eyebrow raising rounds will have only a couple players and/or be on assignment servers) and report.
