Soldier Name: Kojosov (Almosx at the time of ban)
Link To BF4DB Soldier Profile: https://bf4db.com/player/859817066

Have You Claimed Your Soldier: Yes
    Appeal:

    Hello...

By connecting to a server today, after several months without playing, I realized that I was banned by the BF4DB anticheat. It surprised me, so I went to see the reason for the ban, and...

    Well, I don't really understand...

    http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/1084111572418868608/859817066/

It's just a game where I was playing Type 88 with IR and bipod, which is pretty fun and allowed on the server I played on.
My score is not even that incredible and doesn't stand out from the ordinary on this server, I have a bad accuracy etc., so I don't understand this totally arbitrary and unjustified ban.

Could you remedy that, or at least try to find a justification that I can understand? Because it escapes me completely...

    Can someone please enlighten me?

Since you don't answer, I tried to understand it myself.

The difference between my recent and older performances comes from a progression made on other games in the meantime (Battlefield 1, Battlefield V, Rainbow Six Siege) and the transition from Conquest matches on large maps to TDM matches on close quarters maps.

In fact, this score is not out of the ordinary when compared to some of my games on other games, or to some of the games I played on Battlefield 4 one or two years ago.

You can compare my performances with those of Battlefield 1 ( http://bf1stats.com/pc/Kojosov ), Battlefield V ( https://battlefieldtracker.com/bfv/profile/origin/Kojosov/overview ) and Rainbow Six Siege, even if the game is played differently ( https://r6stats.com/stats/25fb35ae-581f-4660-825a-e9283ed4ab7b/ ). The statistics are generally better than those of my Battlefield 4 profile.

The ban may be influenced by my VAC bans ( https://steamcommunity.com/id/kojosov ). It seems that you are paying attention to this, since it is an argument that came up when my friend Sitam was banned ( https://bf4db.com/forum/thread/ban-appeal-2847 - last message). To answer that, yes, I did cheat. When I was thirteen, on Call of Duty, more than six years ago. I've never been banned from any game since, because I don't cheat anymore.

Finally, I would still like to point out the flagrant lack of evidence involved in my ban: one game, no justification, no video. It is impossible for me to understand why I was banned without an appeal. So that means you arbitrarily ban people for a good game? Do I have to fear a ban as soon as I play properly? Do I have to commit suicide to maintain a ratio below 1?

    I hope for an answer.

That was what I wanted to see confirmed. The VAC. Your case is re-opened for now.

And no, you aren't banned without an appeal as you appeal right now.

"And no, you aren't banned without an appeal as you appeal right now."

We misunderstood each other: if I don't appeal to ask why I was banned (VAC bans, obviously), it's impossible for me to know.

    Appeal approved.
