Tried to do this last night 2 times keeps saying need title OK.   So instead of just fixing the part without a title it  gets rid of everything.

I still have the information on the person.

So I know how to report now can this post be  locked?

Locked :) In future if you want to report someone that hasn't been reported before you can create a report by clicking the report button on their BF4DB player profile.
