Ye, m2. But unfortunately the only one who can do something is EA. They need to remove that gametime initiative.. But I am pretty sure that won't happen.
In the meantime, we keep a close eye on the new accounts that pop up to ban them as fast as we can :)

well who ever this person is he's back and has cleared a few servers,he has a few friends with him as well

He was never gone. Fortunately they are limited to Official servers only. So stay away from those. You can not kick or ban from Official, and EA does not care about gametime being abused.
